Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having dry cough since 1 month. Taken medication as well, still no improvement. It increases whenever I step out from home. What needs to be done

I am having severe pain in my left ear since morning. I had throat infection few days now my ear is paining a lot.

I am using Cipla ear drops for removing ear wax as I noticed that I was not able to hear clearly from right ear . Is it okay or I should consult doctor for this ?
