Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am finding holes in my right tonsil,which is also causing sore feeling Don't know what it is What should I do?

My tonsils are paining and I have got mild fever due to it. I have started gargling but it is not sufficient and giving temporary relief. I'm not able to swallow properly due to the pain. Please suggest the medication.

I am suffering from some allergy which is not known to me. I consulted a doctor and he prescribed me medicine and nasal spray which actually controls my allergy but once i stop this medication it start happeing to me again. Medicine i take are citrazine or Montair FX Furamist nasal spray. I found my allergy little wierd because if i stay some other town it never happens and when i am at my home Delhi it has to happen. I cant take rice, curd, salad, or anything cold beacause it activate my allergy aggressively.  Wheareas if i am staying some other town i can eat anything, nothing happens. I am sufferibg from this allergy since long more than 8 years now. During my graduation  I use to stay in hostel (Bhopal) altogether different state but whenever i use to come home this allergy gets activated automatically. Please suggest me best..

I am suffering from certain issues for more than 4-5 yrs now. Never consulted any specific doctor for the same. 1. I feel that my head always spins or the surrounding near spins and I feel off balance and feel  a sensation that I will fall. Its a sensation that we feel during earthquake. When I sit on a chair it gets more worsen to an extent wherein I need to stand and eat. Even on a Salon Chair I need to hold on to an object so I dont feel that falling or spinning sensation. If I am standing still I feel the same. Same happens few a times when I am lying on bed or walking. I always feel tired and want to lie on bed always. Going out means alot for me and it makes me feel sick. I do have Migraine for last 7-8 yrs for which I do take Tab Vasograin when required. 2. I feel shortness of Breath, few a times I talk and then I have to stop to absorb more oxygen to breath. No asthama and No family history of the same at all. 3. I suffer from chronic acidity. I end up taking 1-2 Tab Rantac

I have been facing stuffy nose   issue from last 6 months recently I visited a ENT doctor she did the nasal endoscopy and she confirmed that it's nasopharynx potential discharge, and she prescribed few medicines for 7 days but it's not cured yet at the time of doctor visit she said that like suppose  if its not cured by the medicine then will go to surgery ,what should I do now shall I meet a new doctor or shall I go for surgery which one is preferable
