Head and nose pressure and neck stiffnes
From last 10 days, i am having some throbbing pressure in my right head ( no pain). This gets better on its own and then worsens.
Also i feel pressure over my nose right side and feeling of confusion.
The right neck muscle is kind of stiff as well.
This pressure in head worsens when i take deep breaths ..
Having dry cold also, no cough but nasal passage is often closed with no mucus
Please help..

drink lots of warm water. avoid spicy oily food. check with medical specialist for hypertension
