Which is better antibiotic to take in throat infection ? Amoxyllin 500 mg or Azithromycin 500 mg for 3 days.

My symptoms clearly says i am suffering from allergic rhinitis from almost childhood, i never went to treatment. Nowadays it is irritating a lot in sleep and in early mornings. Mainly irritation in nose and continuous sneezing. Can i know what treatment to be followed ?? And any nasal sprays recommendations for emergency??
