Cough, cold, headache, constipation

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have probably last stage of cold, cough. And am going toilet for stool every 3rd day. My digestion system is very weak. Please suggest to get rid of cough, cold, constipation. Does medicine cure disease from root or it stops disease temporary?

If cough & cold are settling down just allow it to happen. Constipation is another unrelated issue to cough & cold. If chronic see a gen surgeon or a gastroenterologist.
