Little pain in throat while swallowing
Hello doctor
I am having pain in throat one one side while swallowing saliva since last 20 days on some days it happen and on some days it dosent .
Have no problem while drinking , eating laughing or coughing.
It started 20 days back with problem with speaking (pain while speaking ), ringing bells in ear (in morning mostly) and fullness in ear. Pain while speaking went off after 4-5 days but rest off the problem persists .
I dont know what to do .
Have no other symptoms like burning sensation in throat or chest , i walk 3-4kms (and have no shortness of breath) etc
Kindly guide me
