I have maxillary sinuses, I got cold, and had blocked nose for last one week, from last two days when I lower my head I feel a sharp pain in the backside of my head. Precisely near the spine.

I can hear faintly from my right ear. The right side is blocked. Is it hearing loss? It happened overnight. Since morning i am not able to hear properly from my right ear.
