Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi my mom facing Sevier nose block issue with heavy cold. Some time she unable to breath also.. i find her nowadays she struggles more. And she fear about doctor and any type of surgery. Please suggest me what can i do.

Hello doctor, I am suffering from pain in the right parotid region (in the right cheek) since yesterday, currently I am suffering with cough and cold from 1 week.
