Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hey I am 32 year old male. I have planned to do my nose job as I do not like its shape. I will be meeting the surgeon in few days but before that wanted to know how long will be the duration of the surgery? I am keen to know all the details before I really go and do it.

Hi Sir, I am Suffering from fever since 4 days, and now I'm ok today and no body temperature. I am Taking Dolo 650.   My problem is now I have got Swollen Lymph nodes under both sides of my Jaw and both sides behind my ears. And these are painful to touch. And getting a white liquid discharge in my left ear sometimes. It happening since more than 15 days but not regularly. And I'm feeling painful in my throat when swollowing. So please tell me what is the problem for this situation. And give me the right solution.

I have got white patch over the tonsils, what is it actually?, is it a bacterial infection or fungal infection? Anti biotic is recommended by my physician but other says it's a fungal infection. I already took anti biotic zocef 500 for three days but no sign of relief or improvement. I have been advice to inject the antibiotic instead of having a tablet. I have also been recommended to use candid an anti fungal lotion. How much time it really take to heal completely?

What is the reasonable cost of professional ear cleaning? and what is the procedure for professional ear cleaning ?

Hello doctor , i keep using earphone everyday for about 4 to 5 hr's a day . I have recently observed that there has been lot of wax inside which has to be removed . Can you suggest me any ear drops which has no side effect and can remove my ear wax.

Hi I am 47 year old male, I have chronic cough since 20 days. 8 yrs back I was diagnosed with Tuberculosis and I had completed my treatment. I have done my TB tests which are negative now. This cough is due to some lung disease. Kindly guide on what symptoms should I check for the lung disease?
