Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My brother daughter who have 3 years of age. Who have no listening any sound of word and no talk about.

My child is suffering from viral fever, can i give frooty to him for in place of water to keep his body hydrated.

Intermittent tongue ulcer and ear block noted. Cured on treatment but frequently came. Sharp teeth damaging tongue frequently

When i wake up this morning and spit blood came out from my mouth. it didnt happpen repeatedly but happened a couple of times before. Also i would like to highlight that sometimes i feel phlegm in my nose tht doesnt come out directly from my nose so i try to spit it from mouth. for past few days i have swelling in left side of my face around eyes nose n cheeks.

Ear block  intermittent and immediately tongue itching started. No problem in swallowing and open the mouth fully.

Tongue itching and ear block noted more in afternoon hours. It's not there continously and it come intermittent. No problem in swallowing and eating.

Sir for last 10 days i feel my head is realing due as well as on my ear some time i feel it is blocked on right ear while breathing feeling little bit heavy on right side

1) Right lobe of thyroid appears mildly enlarged by a solitary well defined encapsulated hyper echoic lesion measuring 24x17mm. No e/o cystic necrosis or calcification within it. 2) There appears a 17x9mm sized enlarged lymph node with preserved echoenic hilum seen in right submandibular region. 3) Possibility of benign thyroid nodule. Adv: FNAC We have referred to a normal physican, he told us to wait for 3 months then we will again do a sonogram to see if the size of right nodule is increasing, if so then he advised to do FNAC. My question is should we wait for 3 months or do FNAC aa soon as possible?

Whenever I get cold, or sore throat I go to my family physician. She always prescribes me cough syrup and antibiotics. I an 19 year old girl, and do not want take so much antibiotics. One of my teacher suggested a lozenge for my throat. I want to know how to cure acute bronchitis with these throat lozenges?

My right ear's screen have hole. I had taken treatment from Dr. Yeme in Kamothe. But still not cleared and after 3-4 days, fungus has generated and pain is started. Kindly advice
