Sir, i have perforation in my left ear from last 15-16 months. Please suggest the best. Should we put any ear drop in my perforated ear or not

Avoid putting any ear drops if no discharge from tour ear. Avoid water going inside while taking s bath . See a ENT surgeon for permanent treatment

If there is any pus/ discharge, you should put drops. Permanent solution will be a surgery. But you need to consult a good ENT specialist before that.

If it is small perforation non surgical methods can be tried. For larger perforation surgery is the option.
