Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My nose has been bleeding for last one month. It bleeds a little in mornings(almost every morning) Similarly i at times have blood in my cough. I am in USA and the temperature is quiet low as compared to mumbai. Also i am a chain smoker for last 7-8 years. I don't think i have shortness of breath or pain anywhere. however, my nose gets a little. Is this due to the weather? Or is smoking related to this? Should it be considered indicative of any cancer? I have grommet in right ear for last 15 months. I am 30 yrs old currently. My doctor suggested to get it removed together with tympanoplasty. What should I do? I am scared of tympanoplasty. Is it even required? Grommets were inserted in my ear as doctor thought I had Eustachian tube dysfunction. I always felt heaviness in my ears. 1 month back doctor also did Eustachian tube balloon dilation. My heaviness in ear problem is resolved but I am stuck with grommet which is not falling. Sometimes I experience sharp pain in right ear when I burp.

1 month before My nose was runny and blocked and continuously sneezing also there was eye swelling problem and then I cured it by myself my nose blocking and sneezing problem has been cured but still eye swelling problem is there. What to do now?
