Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir, my tongue had severe cuts due to sharp edge tooth irritation, my dentist after desharpening the edges prescribed me candid paint and Tenovate_M, multi Vitamin and mouth wash, and diagonised me suffering from Leukopallakia, almost 20 days passed but irritation of my tongue although reduced but not fully cured. Please advice what to do next

My nose is secreting lot of mucus and getting blocked. Makes me pick my nose more often. Often this ends with my nose bleeding. This is also responsible for me snoring very loud in sleep. Need help please

I am given Xylomist nasal drops by an ENT to relieve from congested nose in cold weather. These days temperature lies between 6℃ to 25℃ at my place. My nose gets congested usually in evening or night, sometimes in day time. Is there any pppossible side effect of using xylomist drops (2 drops in each nostril) once a day, or twice sometimes. Please suggest any possible side effects or safer alternatives for it. Thanks

My wife having ear infection..having fus discharging daily..shown many doctors but its not getting controlled..one of doctor told me once after getting dry only can be operated for permanent solutions...but we are trying no of medicine still its not getting dry..is there any other solution to this problem ..kindly help

I was down with viral since last 5 days. With intake of crocin, fever is not there anymore. But today I also have cough, throat pain and ear pain on the left side. It increases if I cough or swallow anything.i am taking b complex with vitamin c forte twice a day since last 4 days. Had ice cream and curd at room temperature as it was soothing to the throat. Also had kuka cough syrup. What should I do

I'm having severe throat pain when I gulp. I don't prefer medicine:(. please suggest. Also I'm bit extra sensitive and cry very often. Whenever I cry, I start coughing (like an attack) even when there is no cold or any kind of infection, what could be the reason and cure?

I have been having little difficultues breathing through nose.Its feels like something is obstructing more like a cold.But i dont have cold.I have dust allergy and i have a pet dog at home.yesternight..while sitting facing down in bed i had light whistling sound while breathing in..it went of after sitting upright.
