Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear doctor , I always feel there is a little chunk of mucus which is transparent unlike green or yellowish , it is transparent. I could always feel inside the throat and I always spit it out . This is there for past 4 weeks .. is it a major issue or a problem .. or is it sore throat symptoms ? It is continuous for 4 weeks pls kindly help me out .. I am confused .

Hi All, I am attaching my Throat picture and also the CT scan report of PNS . I am having throat irritation , granules in pharynx , sometimes fore head pain , sometimes headache , something burning , itching in throat . All these for last 4-5 months .. I am feeling lightheaded and dizzy from past 3 months.. I do not have Hearing loss and piston all vertigo .. Few days earlier i had problem of throat infection.at that time i was having dry mouth etc. I went to MD physician and now it is in healing process. He diagnosed it as desease by acid reflux. And frenkly speaking i have this problem since last several months(acid reflux). Now as this is in healing process but i sometime feel shortness of breath and felling of something stuck in throat. I am taking antibiotics and medicines to deal acid reflux. Is shortness of breath is due to antibiotic side effect.
