Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Im suffering with severe cold since 1 week i have used all remedies including citrizine,levocitrizine,azithromycin,paracetamol,vapours with vit-E capsules noses are blocked completely and in sneezing thick nasal discharges are coming ,after one minute of sneezing again nose is blocked with in one minute what is the problem and what is the best treatment for that

I am having ear infection since last one month , less hearing through ear , doctor asked it is hole in eardrum , it will heal through surgery only or it will heal with antibiotics ?
