Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Does otrivin oxy or Vicks inhaler work when primarily one is suffering from running nose due to common cold?

I was having pain in my throat and then nect day I got some mark in my throat and small swallowing near that throat only.... My voice is clear there is no pain also. Please tell what should I do

My son's right ear has a white color fluid. See attached photo. We bring him to doctor before. He took some medicines & some cleaning sessions. Doctor said before is that my son has a damaged ear drum. I remember also from another doctor is that his ears has fungus. I will find the medical record, I hope for some response in this query. Thanks. We will bring him again to doctor.

When I drink or eat anything there is pain in my neck help me about that... I am very worried about it
