Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have used Otrivin paedetric for 1 month old baby.is it safe.i am bit worried Suggest some other alternative

I had met with an accident on 6th November 2018, underwent a maxillofacial surgery on 15th for multiple fracture on face. Had blood clot in right ear. After cleaning that, got diagnosed with ruptured ear drum in both ear and infection in left one. I have hearing loss. Can I take a flight of 2hrs or will it increase my problem?

I was having cough and cold few days back. In morning cough, there was some sort of blood clot is there or bloodish thing. Also having mild neck pain.

I have this problem from last 4 Years. Blood comes from my nose in Peak time of the Summer and Peak time of Winter, May be this Cause from Body Temperature because in summer when i face this problem only cold water shower or Face wash with water on the head help me out to stop Nose bleeding. I face this problem sometime when i clear nose in the morning. My Family thinks this happening because of i have some problem in Head. I already had a checkup in Fortis Chennai. But all Reports are Fine.

Whenever I sit for eating food what happens is eat two to three spoons then I feel like to exhale air from mouth then one to three spoons exhale air even when the food is in mouth I feel like to exhale air I don't have any kind allergies nor I smoke or drink nor I have any medical condition

Doctor how to remove ear dust...my ear dust is dry while cleaning ear with ear buds the dust is not coming...since From 1 year my dust didn't came...plzz give any solution

White patchy line on left cheek inside mouth and pain of left side of tongue and pain in left side of throat and slight discharge of fluid from my left ear since 2months

I used to sneeze alot till 2017. In Dec 2017 i experienced pain in my left year which became normal with hot water bag. I still thought of visiting an ENT. He diagnosed me with some kind of nasal allergy and said that all the cough is clogged in my ear which caused pain. He asked me to do X-rays, PFT and allergy tests. After that he told me it's on a mild stage and can be cured with medicine. Since then I am taking his medicine till now (from Dec 2017 to Jan 2019) and still it hasn't get over. In this one year I suffered from high prolactin levels (due to one of his medicine Pancruz DSR), which I am still getting treated. I also have thyroid problem with high TSH but my TSH levels were always under control and close to normal, but now suddenly it went high to 7.8 I feel like stopping this allergy treatment as its causing other side effects and doctor refuses to prescribe other alternatives. My frequent sneezing has stopped though. Please suggest if I should stop it midway. Thank you!

I have a bulgy nose n big nostels. I want to do rhynoplasty.. Is there any side effects of rhynoplasty.. ? Is nose surgery possible ?

Hello dr I am feeling nosal blockage always I take nasal drip like otrivin and it gives me relief for a short period. Is there any permanent solution to resolve this issue.
