  4. Infection type. Bad smell from mouth!

White patch on tonsil and redness in mouth and lumps on tounge they doesnt pain no fever and headache lumps are from almost one month and white patch i got today bad smell from mouth

It's probably a food particle stuck on rough surface of tonsil. You can scrap it with finger n start with mouth wash n medicated gargle.
