Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi Sir, Myself Rahul,age 22 male, Sir my voice is like girl voice .but sometimes it changes like a mens voice with high bass ..I don't know what the problem is .. Please help me.

I had visited the cold place which was having temperature -10 degree after which my ear has started itching. My ear builds a lot of wax was conveyed by last time doctor. Need some consultation for stopping the itching of my ear.

I have this feeling like something stuck in my throat, it happens few times a day and reduces if i take solid food, i had an history of acid reflux What should I do??

From last 10 days, i am having some throbbing pressure in my right head ( no pain). This gets better on its own and then worsens. Also i feel pressure over my nose right side and feeling of confusion. The right neck muscle is kind of stiff as well. This pressure in head worsens when i take deep breaths .. Having dry cold also, no cough but nasal passage is often closed with no mucus Please help..
