Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am using Homeopathic to treat Sinus which is from last 2 years. Will this treatment help? I am not able to breathe and at least using Otrivin twice a Day( in afternoon and during night). Pls suggest should I continue with Homeopathic or allopathic treatment is required initially to cure this and for long term Homeopathic can be used

I was playing with my brother and mistakenly I got hit by him and my left ear and  my ears got blocked like the sound we have when we ride on a plane and the ears get blocked with that sound the years got blocked and there was no pain any sensation after that and I can't realise whether it is opened or not but is it there anything to worry about

I am not able to breathe smoothly through nose while laying down and during sleep , therefore spontaneous breathing through mouth happens overnight, there are no mucus discharge and no cold symptoms or coughing either from mouth or nose Is nasonex the solution?

Which doctor should I consult? Can I see a general surgeon in this case since I also want to check whether my mother has hernia or not.

I have been snoring for a short time. This problem has come up in the past couple of months. My wife has to face this more than anyone else. I have tried taking the pillow off which helps a little. But I wake up many times if I don't use a pillow. Sleep patterns have changed because of this. Sleeping on the side helps but while sleeping I go back on my back. Please suggest a remedy or treatment. I am currently working on losing some weight hoping to solve this once and for all but that's a slow process. In the meantime two people are sleep deprived. Please help.
