Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi due to major fall, I am suffering a ruptured eardrum. I could feel the numbness and could feel wind coming out while tapping the nose and blowing the breathe through right ear. However, I could hear and also listen to music and audio. What do you think I should do?

From last 8 months my weight continuously incrasing by appr. 1 kg per month. My lifestyle routine is same. Don't find the reason for increasing weight. Please suggest me proper test to find the reason and treatment for loose weight.

I have sore throat since last one month ..I was diagnosed with severe acid reflux problem. . I have completed course of antibiotics and antacids.. Sometimes it clears but again it looks redness in throat.. When I come home and take healthy food I see  improvement but when get back to work take some spicy food it comes... I also went to MDS doc. He examined my throat and found it clear except for some redness. I have no difficulty in swallowing, no pain in throat  and no wait loss.. but sometimes feeling of something struck in throat. I also consulted ENT surgeon online .. he found granular phranglitis. And prescribed home remedies like drink 4 lit water a day but not taking  and told nothing to worry. Please suggest me what to do . I think too much about it . When I think too much It get worse but when I don't think about it I goes away. Please suggest me what to do.

I have been used treatment for acute bacterial sinusitis result is good but it again showing symptoms some times ,is it lifelong disease or it is curable completely
