Hi Doctor. Pradeepa here from Chennai. I have a sinus for past 7 years with polyp in right nostril. Now I have a set of white bump under my nose (thru nasal passage) looks like some skin infection. I have been suffering from active otitis media from 18th January. I have consulted doctor on 21st January and he prescribed me some medicines. But there is no change, it's like the same how I feel on first day. Could you please advise me what could be the possible reason!?

I had gone through hard endoscopy of epitaxis of nose since I had problems of nasal bleeding occasionally and have young hypertension. I continue amlosafe 5mg and tazloc 40mg. I have nasal congestion when I got fever and sometimes bleed. The result of endoscopy results having DNS L and Grade 1 nasal polyp. So now what medicine should I use or any other suggestions.

I am hearing a continuous sound inside the ear that is greatly disturbing my sleep. In normal day time the sound is too soft to pay heed to. But during night when everything becomes quiet then I prominently hear that sound. Because of this sound I can't even sleep properly. Also if I block my ears with fingers that time too the sound gets prominent. Please tell me what I should do. The sound resembles as if someone is performing a welding operation, although the sound is very very faint, it can only be heard when everything is quiet.

ENT that i am consulting has suggested me treatment call tympnoplasty with german technology to repair my ruptured eardrum . But i am not sure if it is really a treatment or i am just getting bluffed as i could not find anything related to it on net. Please confirm if There is treatment like this and i can rely on him for my treatment of ruptured eardrum .

I have probably last stage of cold, cough. And am going toilet for stool every 3rd day. My digestion system is very weak. Please suggest to get rid of cough, cold, constipation. Does medicine cure disease from root or it stops disease temporary?

Hello, I'm having irritation, swelling and a thin layer of cough only in right side of throat due to which there is irritation in right ear as well. I have taken lozagens but it is hardly of any use. I have dolo 650, can I take that? And if yes please tell me the dosage for the same. PS. I have taken Dolo 650 with some other antibiotics earlier.
