Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having regular nose blockage issues during winters generally every year since childhood due to which I have smooth breathing issues like Normal people and so have to Take pills or nasal spray to clear it. I have tried different medications but haven't found any success as they tend to be temporary solution. Also consulted both homeopathic & allopathic doctors some say it's due to chronic allergy & others have said it's a by birth problem so might need surgery to cure. Hello I am feeling thickness in my right side of cheek please guide what it could be . Last time there is sensation on my head and face then doctor told me it could be sinus problem

Got cold and suddenly since yesterday my left ear got blocked and pain started. Pain got heavy and by evening i started feeling dizzy. Consulted Gen Physician and he prescribed the medicine listed here. 1 day gone but ear pain keeps coming back in 4-5 hours and I had to take Combiflam every time. Also started with Ciplox ear drop by consulting the doctor. But I feel the ear pain is returning back every 4 hours after the pain killer effect goes. My left ear is still blocked and I can feel lots of cough jammed in my nostril and surrounding areas. No coughing or fever. Dizziness has come down to a lot extent after medication, but only issue now is the returning ear pain which slowly turns bad is not taken combiflam. Please suggest an effective long term relief option which can work better than Combiflam.

I had a soft movable lump inside lower lips area just Above chin inside mouth from last 3 months size is same as it is , from outside lower lips feels like burning sensation same is feel in the upper lips somtimes in eyes areas also... Little bit worried When i gargle lump size get reduces.. But after sometime it become as it is pls help

My nose is always blocked. It becomes worse at night. It's been more that 6 months i am facing this issue. It does not affect my breathing much but if i have cold and if i cry, it get very difficult to breathe. A few people said i may have sinuses problem because which i am facing this issue. Please suggest what it can be or what do i do?
