Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Have been having sore throat for almost two months. Have tested for TB as well but failed it. Have been gradually losing weight for some time also. On anti allergic medicine right now but see no help. ESR is high also.. Kindly suggest

I have a Right submandular gland which have a size of 16mm after 2 week now im feeling very small stone will it reduce the size in a week or months.

I will take daily bath but after two three minutes after bath I feel some bad smell from my under shoulders and a different bad smell spread from my body like dirty drainage but cannot identifying the place from where that coming.

I experiencing ringing sound similar too tiiiiii the sound u experience in silent area... I m experiencing this sound  from past 2 months  right after removing wax from both ears from ENT doc  .. Before I never experienced this sound in my bed room but now it sounds more making me irritated can't able to sleep coz of this sound .. but if u conecentrate it can be heard  in outdoor or in hall too... n also feeling block type behind lower ear like wen u have cold ... but I m not having any cold.. also done audio tuning test n pendulum test both test is normal n perfect .. there is no hearing loss...

My mother has had cough and cold for a few weeks now. She is on azithromycin for 3 days now (250) again after a month but she not still not able to speak normally even. Also been taking glycodin, gargle, Alex lozenges for a month now with centrizin and sinarest occasionally

Use of ear bud lead to infection and pain Have used Otogesic drops for the past 2 days , pain has reduced but infection is still there and puss is coming from the ear Kindly suggest

Yesterday while coughing, a white piece ( looks like cashew) came out of my mouth. Its very smelly, on further research i found it as tonsil stones. Can doctors remove all tonsils stones. Having tonsils stones are common?? Even now i feel like something is stuck in my throat.

The middle left side of my throat hurts when I yawn/swallow saliva. It’s been about 3 weeks. and also have a lump in throat sensation. Sometimes also pain while looking down. Since then I’ve been worrying about it all of the time. 25 yo male, active, pretty healthy diet. , smoke 5-7 cigs a day.
