Tinnitus Management
I have been diagnosed with Sensorineural Hearing Loss, and have Tinnitus or Buzzing sound in my Left ear from 7th October, 2018. Though my speech frequency has improved to normal with the help of in ear injections and medicine. The high frequency has still not recovered and the buzzing is constant.
I am little worried that in near future I will start getting irritated and cranky. Please help me, though I am not in pain, but would like to get control over the buzzing sound. Please help me.

Best way to treat tinnitis is to ignore it... avoid silent places where the sound becomes too prominent
