Acid reflux and lump in mouth.
I am having acid reflux for 2 months.
Having pain while swallowing in left or sometimes right throat, and mild ear pain as well. But recently I discovered a bump like thing in my mouth which is more swollen on one side. It's not growing or painful. But I have acidity problem still. difficulty swallowing and sometimes ear pain. Please help. I am a smoker as well. I have attached a photo please take a look
