I had coke and ice cream a day ago, caught cold last night .. now I'm sneezing alot.. couldn't sleep last night bcos of it.. please advice medicine and remedies to cure running nose..your prompt response is highly appreciated!

I have been suffering from BPPV since last 2 months . Symptoms only vertigo on head movement . Whenever I take anti-vertigo medicine it stops and again after some days of stopping medicine , vertigo starts . Is there a permanent care for this or I need to take medication for a long time ?

Lump in left side of my throat. Lump is soft and not painful. But sometimes having a left side neck and ear pain. Also feeling of small hard stones in throat. Due to excess use of nasal decongestant otrivin for over month after cold now I am suffering from nasal congestion every 2hr after I spray ortivin, and now it is difficult for me to get rid of the otrivin..kindly suggess any alternative treatment
