Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Getting severe cough with lot of flum getting cough continously like ellergy it was getting cleared by using azithromycin but getting back same problem in one or two months i am having acidity problem alsp do both have link up iam having same problem from more than one year

During 2018-19 winters, I had eaten grilled fish a lot. Around once in a week or sometimes even twice. As a result (what I noticed), I remained immuned from basic health issues such as common fever, cold and especially soar throat infection. Just in last two weeks I didn't have fish in my diet and unfortunately I got caught by sore throat and cold. I was wondering if I can get some alternate of fish during summer so that I can keep my health better. I hate sore throat and cold. It almost takes out everything off me. Anything which can help me remain safe from common cold and sore throat. Please note that I have tried foods/fruits which boost immunity such as broccoli, citrus fruits, garlic but they don't give the solution to this problem.

My left ear clogged for last one week. I am not able to hear correctly. I have taken madicine  Gudcef plus (3 days) as consulted with local physician. But problem still remains. Please advise.

Diagnosed with deviated septum and suffering from repeted sinus infections since one year and post nasal drip and throat infections noticed swollen lymph nodes on left side of neck

I have phlegm/ mucus in my throat for more than 2 weeks , (phlegm/mucus is very thin/ watery) & it gets out when I clear my throat or drink water , is there anything serious ? What should I do ?

Is Montas-L medicine ok twice a day Kindly suggest . Is there any side effect etc . We can consume for maximum how many days thnx

Sputum /jelly kind of substance being produced in the back of nose and is being secreted continuosly into the throat and it is stuck there..I don't have cold ..Nose is not getting blocked but because the secreted substance getting stuck at the back of mouth feeling very much discomfort.. I am not able to breath with nose..This problem occuring since 6-8 months but since couple of days feeling so much suffocation..From childhood I had cold problem..But the symptoms mentioned are new to me and is feeling something else...Please help..

White Layer of tongue and Burning from last 4-5 months. Checked with 4 doctors. All are saying it nothing. They gave Multivitamin and Gastric medicine but not relief. Please suggest any tongue specilist doctor.

I have fungal infection all time in my ear . I use  cotrimazole 1% ear drop for a week then its gone but after  few weeks it back again i go to dr he again prescribe me same medicine  . It happen for the last 4 month plz suggest me what I do
