Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have two cuts on the wall between my nostrils, one on each side. The mucuous is always very hard and when I try to take it out, it comes along with dried blood. The cuts have been there since two weeks and are healing. But the mucuous us very hard and after the hard layer, it is very thick and deep yellow in colour. I always have slight body pain since past two days and a slight head ache since last night. Also, since yesterday, I am having a little painful sensation at the tip of my tongue.

When it feels like I am sneezing but it stops midway. Is it bad ? Or am i overthinking? Why does this happen or is it really bad?

Can we use toba eye drop in ear infection.as dr.recomond toba ear drops but its avialable in market as toba eye drops.

When I try to sneeze when it feels I am about to sneeze it stops midway And I am not even trying to stop the sneeze why does the sneeze stop Is it bad or am in overthinking?
