I am suffering from on sided blocked nose but when use nasal spray it open breathing is normal Is it possible it is case of nasal septum deviation or not ?

Hello, I have some wax deep inside my ear and occasionally I kind of hear clicking noise. There is no pain and noise goes away after some time and randomly reoccur. I haven't used any medication yet. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Before 2 days I got cold and fever. I took Taxim O 200mg & Sinarest. Fever and cold gone but I got throat problem. Unable to speak from yesterday

My wife will have a frequent throat infection like monthly basis, went general doctor she said it's because of climate change. When drugs used, its cured. Again it's appeared Is that serious any health issue. Please explain

Dear sir,mam I have had cold and running nose for past 6days which is 90%cured now but I have recently noticed that my upper left rear tooth is paining a lot while I lie down or walk. I have checked there is no gum issue , no cavity as such. I have noticed that my cough during the cold was yellow. Kindly tell me how to deal with this,if possible suggest some non medication solution. Thanks

When i try to make some sound at strech of 5 sec.. I feel loss of voice and only i can feel is air coming out.

I am having an itchy cough which is happening repeatedly what to do? I tried drinking luke warm water and syrup as well which is prescribed to me.

Sinus cough is not going from more than a week. It is getting very difficult to breath. Inbreathing steam even  is not helping

Whenever I have a bath or when I sleep, there's a blockage in one of my ears. I can feel a lot of wax is there. I don't want to go to an ENT for closing since I had a bad experience. Please suggest a good way to clean out at home issuing any softening liquid.
