.Pain in forehead between the eye and below the eye and confused and depression for more than 2 month my eye check up is normal psychiatrist and eye doctor can not able to treat me. So I went to homeopath doctor told me you have maxillary sinus problem told me to did X ray pns it show swelling in it

Maxillary Sinus haziness could be due to an acute infection and does not necessarily explain your symptom completely.
Next Steps
I would recommend you to use an antibiotic for atleast a week and get a NCCT PNS done after a course of antibiotic. Meanwhile start Fluticasone Furoate nasal spray as well.

Steam inhalation can also help relieve mucosal congestion and its importance should not be understated.
