Pain on left side of nose

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I am having pain left to my nose and below the left eye. Not sure if this is because of sinus problem. But the pain is very heavy. I am taking steam daily twice. It gives me relief for one hour and again the pain the starts. Suggest me some medication for this problem . I have faced the same problem 1year back.
