Sir since last 4 to 5 years i am facing tinnitus problem i operated my left and its not working as i was expected now in right in right ear tinnitus problem is severe plz advice.

I have been facing this problem since 1 yr but I didn't took it very seriously. Now a days it is very loud which I got to know from my roommates. I just want to stop snoring.

I have a symptoms of dry cough with sputum, throat irritation, chest congestion and when throat Irritation is high I get wheezing noise from the chest or throat and also sometimes nasal congestion (alternative nasal block) this has been for 1 month but when it's very high, I take these tablet over medical shop : cof q, cheston cold and betnipro which gives the relief for day or two and same symptoms repeats but when these symptoms are low even just 1 citizen tablet will work. What are these symptoms of?

Can a cough be cured within 1-2 days? Any medicines or syrup recommended for the problem? Does betadine help?

There are lot of wax formation in my ears. I bought clesrwax. How many drops should I pore in my ear for cleaning the same.

Pain in the throat while swallowing food, water, or saliva. If i clear the mucus from the throat pain goes off. While swallowing i feel like something is struck in the throat. If mucus becomes more it even leads to dear pain, All above mentioned problem related only during swallowing.What is the reason for throat pain while swallowing
