Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello mam/sir i am having nasal congestion for about a 2-3 months , though it wasn't continues,but from last 1 week its been stuffy all the time specially when i laying down summary: 1:nasal congestion no facial pain no discharge no cough n cold just stuffy nose. what should I do?anti histamine didn't work

From last few weeks, I am suffering from dry cough. I feel like some cough got stuck in my throat. It causes itching due to which i have to cough to clean it. Whenever I clean it, after some time I feel like some cough got stuck again. Its happening frequently. Once I checked my cough, it contains some black solid particles(like dots). Most of the time I feel like some cough is there in lower part of my throat

Hi, I had a little bit to drink on new years eve after which i had gastric problem (acid reflux) which is healing . But for last couple of days i am feeling heaviness on my left side of cheek as it is swollen from inside as nothing is visible from outside and right cheek is stable. Could you please let me know the possible reason and resolution for the same . There is no difficulty while eating or swallowing food but there is a constant thing in my head that cheeks are heavy from inside Thanks
