Daily i have cold what precaution should be taken to avoid cold daily wheni got up i m suufering from cold and all

Recently i have started snoring a lot and it start as soon as I sleep with jerk of sudden sound. What would be the best treatment for long term and intermediate solution to reduce this. Thanks for any suggestion.

I am following symptoms. I consulted Neurologist Ent Eye doctor. Still the symptoms persist. I want to know exactly whom should I consult?, Symptoms blurred vision, unable to focus or concentrate as I used to previously while looking down and doing work in the same state. Pain in cervical and mainly centre part joining both cervicals. Pain in neck. Pain in left side lower back just below shoulder. Pain in Kamar. Daily routine work = cashier in Bank. Pain in eyes and unable to focus while counting notes seeing downside especially. Unable to concentrate clearly... I mean i feel likely I am working in unconscious mode. Recently I underwent MRI of brain. REPORT SAYS NO ABNORMALITIES IN BRAIN. I WANT TO KNOW WHOM SHOULD I CONSULT NOW.

I m having problem throat from last 4-5 days.whenever I swallow saliva it feels Smthing stick to my throat.(thook nigalne me problem hoti h) but don't feel any difficulty during eating and drinking.I have sinus problem also.please suggest me what to do???

Dear doctor, I have thyroid problem I was taking 25mg eltrocin tablet daily morning, i  took the TSH test it has value of 6.35 now. Please advise do I need to  take 50mg medicine now??

I have this irritating constant feeling of something stuck in throat. I dont have trouble swallowing or breathing. Its been 4 days and i havent taken any type of medicine.

For last 4 days I've swollen tonsils which are painful while swallowing anything. Other than that I am getting mild evening fever with weakness and mental confusion which starts around 3 PM and stays till 9-10 PM. I do have a headache as well during fever. Still wondering if it is just a viral thing or should I visit a doctor immediately.

Feeling some worried beat/pulse into my lower threat.its more after taking meal.its disappeared automatically.within 30 minutes.and acidity also I can feel.its not continuous beat. Please help me on this.ivam worried about that.
