Bialateral maxillary mild polypoidal mucosal disease. Deviated nasal septum to the right

When iam lying on bed with one side only that side of ear is hearing heart beat .And remaining place other than bed not heard.

Sometimes i feels like something is walking in my ear and ear itching also. No history of ear pain and discharge and i also done my PTA & Immitiance audiometery it was all normal.

For ear operation...how much cost for operation and please give full details about it and one year before i have hole in one ear now hole in other ear also whether it create any critical problem to me in brain or not
