Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have this feeling like something stuck in my throat, it happens few times a day and reduces if i take solid food, i had an history of acid reflux What should I do??

I am having cough since 3 months I feel tightness around throat specially after having food I feel something needs to be go out. It feels tight there and cough too

From last 10 days, i am having some throbbing pressure in my right head ( no pain). This gets better on its own and then worsens. Also i feel pressure over my nose right side and feeling of confusion. The right neck muscle is kind of stiff as well. This pressure in head worsens when i take deep breaths ..
