Asked for Male, 35 Years

Can't eat or drink any cold food items. Symptoms: 1. When i start to drink a sip of cold water, there is a sensation between throat and ear and a pain comes under the jaw. 2. Getting cough immediately after eating dates 3. MRI is normal What is this disorder???
