Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have throat irritation , pain in throat and feel pricking on right side, cough and cough while talking, dryness in throat, and itching sensation in throat.

My father has undergone for a ear test, attached is the report. Could anyone please advise me that he has to go for hearing aid i.e. machine or if he can take medicine to cure his problem.

Constant Whistling sound in right ear I am facing a problem of constant whistling in my ear for past almost 20 days I am facing this problem

I have Dns issue towards right nose. May i know is there any good hospital in Chennai which do andoscopic septoplasty. Do i need to breathe via mouth for 2 days after surgery, thats what all doctor told me. Is there any latest technology to avoid the same .. I have been using otrivin nasal spray twice a day for 12+ years and cant breathe properly. Whats the probability that breathing problem will be solver after surgery. Is there any way to do allergic test for breathing issue ??

I went to a male doctor to show coughing. He started the checkup by touching the top of my left breast through stethoscope, followed by bottom of left breast (over the breast part and not the lungs part). He then did the same (both top and bottom) for the right breast too. This surprised me. Is this necessary in cough checkup? I don't want to blame someone just out of doubt and want to give them benefit of doubt. Please let me know.

I have ear drum hole on right side and innerside nose bone increase . So what is best solution for this

Got red cuts on one side of tongue. It goes off on its own in a week or so but comes again after few months. I don't eat tobacco, no drinking. Also, I often get mouth sores (after some months) under my tongue area but they also go on their own in a week or so. Please tell if there is some diet or deficiency.
