Ringing in the both ear, imbalance,sometimes dizziness occurs, neck pain, so try to help me from this problem...?

You can go for an audiological evaluation for ringing sounds. And for dizziness with neck pain you can get a xray cervical spine. You can take tab. Stugeron 25 mg one tablet if required. Take rest.
