Nose bleeding
Half an hour back suddenly nose bleeding started at home. On application of ice bleeding stopped slowly. This is the second episode, the first being a year back. Request advice

Get an ENT specialist to evaluate the cause.
Meanwhile if it bleeds, apply pressure with finger over the nose, while sitting up head slightly bent forward for 5-10 minutes. Generally it stops & you'll have an anxiety free leisurely chek up. If it doesn't stop need to hurry to a nearest emergency room.
Health Tips
Cold packs over the neck & nasal dorsum can speeden up arrest of bleed.
Don't strain during bleed.
