I have pain from last week in throat I regularly using tobacco like pan beeda and weekly drinks alcoholic beverages so my neck and and throat is paining so can u plz help me out of this problem.

As u r using tobacco and Alcohol better to get an ENT checkup and endoscopy of your throat
