A little blood in nosy

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I had cold n fever 5 days ago and I was sneezing too much that day, bcoz of fever n sneezing I took Cold tablet n Cetrazine then my nosy turned yellowish. I have been seeing a lil blood in my nosy from last 3 - 4 days and afraid of cleaning the nose. Seniors say it might happen in cold sometimes. Is it normal or should I visit a ENT ? Please advise urgently. Thanks a lot in advance.

Blood in nose could be due to dryness. If it's not bleeding regularly just put saline nasal drops.
