Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am a 3rdyear MBBS student.yeaterday I drink 2 glass of cold drinks.after few hours later redness ocurs in my throat..and tonsil very mild enlarged.so I took Tab.azithromycin 500 mg 1 tab OD Hs × 5 days .and took Tab.Mondeslor (montelukast and desloratidine) at night.but today after ENT class I  feel cold and temperature was 101 degree f.so I take Tab.parsafe 650 mg .but 4 hours later fever not reduced.what can I do now sir please tell me..fever remains same condition?.

Water went into my ears. I tried many ways to remove it but these didn't work so please help me water went in while swimming. And its has been a day

What if the swelling does not increase on intake of food? What could be the possibilities? If i try to observe other symptoms then i can mention that there is no loss in weight nor do i have fever.

I have pain on the side of my neck near the ear. I also feel that it's a little swollen. It hurts when I press the area.

Hi , Can someone help me out to get my left ear back to normal. I was caught up with cold and I went on swimming for 2 days. I felt left ear pain after 3 days of swimming. I had paracetomol and so pain went off but immediate next day i am feeling like my ears are clogged and I am hearing some kind of noise. Infact I went to ent twice. I took mon deslor and ceftas for 4 days still I have same problem. Using clearwax drops since yesterday. This is really irritating and I am worried. Pls help me

Yesterday I 1st got pain in right ear and now having pain in left ear. Pain is sever. I never had this kind of pain

Without pain difficult in swallowing even food and saliva.this is sore throat or any other problems.

My mother is having mouth ulcer since last two years and it's getting worse day by day and is unable to eat food properly. Since last one year she is also having constipation. Please suggest which doctor should we meet either ent or gastro or dermatologist. We are from Guwahati Assam and are ready to go anywhere in India which u suggests to show a doctor.
