Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My ear lobe size big without wearing heavy earing .top of the ear lobe closed bottom of the ear lobe open .it's possible without wear any ring hole is closed completely ,i do no want more surgery in ear pls recommend which is best options

Last week i had mild headache and little fever, later on my right ear started paining which is increased from yesterday. Probably because i used wax removal stick bud. In morning after waking up the pain was gone but later on the same starts again. Plz help.

Sir/mam,my sister is a teacher..she teaches for 6 hours..she often feels sore throat..no cough formation..no pain while intaking food and water..just a kharaash..it happens when she eats something spicy or fast food..also bcoz of teaching long hours,she feels so sometimes..i can say once or twice in a week..and that too momentary..i mean jb kharash hoti h to ek bar khasi ati h fir thk ho jata h..is she fine or not? Dear doctors, I am suffering from tinnitus in right ear and I took all the test.. Audiogram tympanometry xray lateral cephalogram... Ent specialist said due to sinus I might have tinnitus in right ear... But I cant manage the ringing sound in right ear...please help anyone

1. Slight feel of swell just below left ear 2. Loud Cracking noise ocassionally from left jaw when opened after long inactive time like post sleep etc 3. Cracking noises within ear when swallowing anything 4. Sharp Electric shock like feel occurred twice from neck base towards left ear like pinched a nerve etc 5 strain in neck 6. Ocassionally on lying down slight numbness in hands and legs 7. Note I do not have jaw pain on any kind of eating etc. but all above symptoms are there
