Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My husband has throat infection since 1 day..having difficulty in speaking the throat is almost gone with a lot of pain and some cough. Some cold with headache Started taking azithromycin but also got loose motions..what else shall be taken with it?

Can chronic sinusitis cause Shortness of breath sometimes or will it can change to bronchitis if not treated early

My daughter had her keloid removed in her ear because of ear piercing a year back and now we want pierce her ear again will the keloid form again if we pierce her ear again ?
