Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi doctor, though this question is silly can u say when to take tablets and nasal drops of prescription attached as image ..the pharmacist dint said correctly to us Thank you ..

I have a deviated septum which has been confirmed my one of the doctor. I have been given medication tablets and a nose spray. It was good till some days after medication but since 3 weeks I had an infection like feeling in my right nostril which is giving me burning sensation in nose and right side nostril. Today I have a running nose which is giving a pain in right nostril,facial pain and drowsiness. I don't know what to do now should I go for medication again or go for septoplasty which has been suggested by doctor at initial consultancy which he suggested only if breathing becomes harder.

My nose is troubling more... like I can't touch it also immediately sinus will start and it will not stop easily and it's very painful.. I can feel sometimes it's infected badly... I was a smoker and I quit it 3 months over. Am getting more cough continuously and feel  very  unhealthy...and getting weight loss... feel like always sick... Requesting you please suggest me what is the issues and what can be done...

I throat infection, feeling like chilli is feed in my nose, nose sneezing. Asthma problem since last 5 years.

Am frequently facing problem of throat swelling combined with left side ear block. It goes with out any treatment. Betadine goggling gave some good relief. Please advise

I am getting throat infection from last 6 months. This is very regular and happens every 10-15 days. Blood report and everything is normal. There is white linings in throat while infected. Doctor advised to take xray for sinuses as everything else seemed to be normal. The sinuses xray report says: Opacification of bilateral maxillary sinuses-? Sinusitis Bony nasal septum is fairly central in position. Surrounding soft-tissues are normal. I have attached the xray along with the report. May i know what does this mean? Do i need to consult a doctor for sinuses??
