Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have mild eardrum retraction in left side and in PTA impedance test it is showing A type in graph in typenometry analysis..so kindly want to know when it is going to resolve or any surgery is needed for this ..or it will be competely cure in medicine.. need valuable suggestion

I feel cant take breath completely inside which make me irritate n tired n sleepy through out. I feel my nose completely dry. Plz help

My ears have been clogged up for around 6 weeks now , how can i get rid of it. It is not painful. I hear a crackling sound of fluid in my ears.

Was suffering from cold and cough the last week. It subsided yesterday. But due to weather yesterday, when I reached back home I started having discomfort in throat. Hello, i'm having a very bad pain from 1 month under my throat(i have marked the exact position in the picture) it was very mild at starting but since few days back, it is getting worse like if there is something stuck inside there. The pain is only in the right side of the neck and i can feel that in the ear too. While looking i found something inside the mouth that is looking unusual. I captured in second picture. Can you please tell me if i'm in any danger. I'm worried now. [*] I have marked everything in the picture.

I have pain in my ear since i tried to clear brown color wax with ear bud 3 days ago. I have used clozotic ear drops and was able to clear brown color wax in large quantity with ear bud. But ear is still creating brown color was more and more and ear is paining since i tried to remove it with my fingers now i am feeling numbness and some kind of blockage until or unless i pull my ear up and down it is not clearing and sensing some hearing loss. Please help

Suddenly i notice a black mark in my lower lip..but it dosen't cause me any kind of pain...but i am just a bit afraid of it...i would like to ask you what is this?
