Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have taken checkup for allergies it's 1000 my results N I have been suffering from sneezing nose block Itching and Runny nose for Two years I checked with doctors tey giv me medicine N after some time it occurred again help me

I sometimes experience shortness of breath with dry coughing. But soon after pehlgum starts building up in my throat. If I am quite for sometime, I have to clear my throat before speaking then. Phelgum keeps coming in my throat. I have to do umm umm to clear that. I also have coughs these days.

There is swelling just below the earlobes.. Yesterday there was no pain but overnight it has increased along with the swelling on both sides... Is it because of cold or something else?

Iam a diabetic . After i started metformin i have some or the other throat discomfort.. i was pushing and taking out mucus from throat. Mri and ct scan shows normal except ethmoid sinus . Now one of my tonsil is little swollen but i dont have any difficulty swallowing or pain. Although i feel like something is there in my throat when im swallowing. I use to be a light smoker so iam scared if it is something to worry about.

I fell pain in my ribs when i take breath in or breath out . So please help me on this...And when I take long breath then pain start in my ribs .

I will know that the stone is remove by medicine or operation. There is a pain left and right side of mouth.

Recently my father got diagnosed with liesan on right laryngal cord accordingly xr advised for surgery and further we underwent MLS with phonosurgery with benign tumor excision on 12.06.19 and discharged same day. Further the multiple grey white to brown tissue bits together measuring 0.6×0.5×0.4cm sent fir biopsy and report cane as " positive for malignancy & squamous cell carcinoma, keratinizing". The surgeon advised for radiotheraphy by IGRT for 7 weeks. Should we go through radiotheraphy and is there any side effect after RT and and after how much time we should go for RT.

Diagnosed with BPPV in February and now with vestibular neuritis in June. Are they related? What should I do?

I was having cold and fever for 5 days and I travelled to Chennai from ooty. And now for the past 2 days my right ears are completely blocked and it is not getting released even after my fever is over. I have waited 2 days to get my ears open, but I was unsuccessful. Should I just wait little longer or should I consult a doctor in person? Thanks, Bala
