Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From last one week I feel my mouth n tongue is burning and inside side cheeks looks and feel like errossion. It's neither healing nor it's progressing sever it's just constant feel I have.

Ears are blocked .. lightness and dizziness in head .. sometime s whn i bend down .. i feel senselessness in my head

I am having left ear pain from 1 month pain which  comes suddenly and go after some time is it any infection?

Have dry cough and ear blockage what medicine should I take. I am write now taking growing and benadryl every 4 hours

Two days back, there was a sore in my tongue left side. I don't know how it happened or if i had bit my tongue. And yesterday at night 3 ulcers in mouth and another on right side of the tongue. And today morning i woke up to another ulcer in my mouth. I am unable to eat it pains so much specially that sore on the left side of the tongue. Also on the left side of the neck I am having swallowing pain. I can feel the pain in my ear too. I have a white tongue for years only the front side is red. Is it a problem?

I want to do a suture less ear Job repair as due to some childhood conditions and my love for big earrings made my ear holes big so I want to close them up and get new one's later

Before month ago I had lung infection and  it's heeling now but now Instinct fluid is coming from ear n paining also.please suggest me what to do now ?? Thanks in advance!!

3 months back facing frequent emegence of pimple inside nose with swalling and pain. Now its cured by medication. Now getting pain inside nose bone and its very painful to touch also or massaging on it sometimes.

My right ear is blocked since last night. Tried opening it with a little massage, or yawning or swallowing or burping gesture but nothing seems to be helping. Can I use some OTC ear drops or medicine which can help open it. There is no pain at all but my ear tend to accumulate more ear wax. It was itchy since a few days. I have a young child to take care of so cannot visit hospital facility immediately. Please help.

I am having nasal allergy, it comes into action when weather changes, season change period like from summer to monsoon. I got continuous sneezing, watering nose n eyes and headache and swelled nose.please suggest which type of medication should I prefer.. allopathy, ayurvedic or homeopathic. Had taken allopathy for 3 years, but still my immunity not improved and I can not eat anything cold and need to avoid things like ice cream, cakes, milk shakes, curd,banana n many more food items. Please suggest n help me.
