Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been feeling discomfort in my right ear since few months. There has been wax deposit in my right ear twice previously. I got it cleaned last in 2013. Today I went to an Ent specialist, he checked my left ear, throat and nose . Everything was ok but there is some wax deposit in my right ear which he tried to clean but couldn't as it was hard. So he gave me some drops. If there is no problem then why is my ear getting chocked and I am sensing discomfort in my ear at times.

Having cough from two weeks , sinus as well for more than two weeks, I do smoke, two cigarettes a day, it's it effecting

A small polyp occurred in my nose and it's paining please advise some medicine For treatment and it is little bit swelling

I just had an sonography of my neck. I can feel multiple swollen lymph nodes in the lower side of my neck but my gp can't feel any. I have got my Usg results yesterday which shows 2 reactive bilateral lymph nodes enlargement in submandibular region of neck (Which is for sure due to the root canal treatment i have done lately) Anyways my question here is, i can't feel any lymph nodes in my submandibular region but usg shows there are. And i can feel loads of lymph nodes in other part of my neck but usg doesn't show it up. I just wanted to know, the whole of the neck is taken into consideration in ultrasound? Might sound stupid but still wanted to know for my anxiety. As my gp said multiple times he can't feel any but i can feel many.

I had white colour on tongue So I started using tongue cleaner It white colour gradually decreased but today some times I see a tiny dots of blood while using the tongue cleaner

I have problem of snoring and blocking nose(almost twelev months). Is there any solution. Is there any laser treatment of snoring problem,. Any side effects,risks associated with it. i have to take two times a day the otrivin nasal spray for blocked nose. suggest me about the permanent treatment .

Sir, I am from Assam from last few months I have a buzzing sound in my left ear continuously and it's irritate me very much. I have consulted a ENT here he said that the frequency has increased. Sir please advise me what should I do

Nostrils  are getting dry and hard mucus set very much and continously  . Had too clean frequently .

Actually i have thyroid since 15 years ,i started to cure thyroid also with medicine i.e. thyroidnorm 150 but due to that thyroid i have started realizing some allergic problem and sometimes my heart started beating quickly
