Asked for Male, 25 Years

Mornig when i am trying to clean my tounge i have seen little blood mixed with saliva and i washed out and coudnt see any blood next day morning happend same and next 2 days i have stopped clear tounge there is no blood and after next day i clear my toung with tounge cleaner i could able to see a drop of clotted blood(very small amount clotted). Please advise me..

You are clearly damaging your taste buds, hence the bleeding! Use only your toothbrush bristles to gently clean your tongue dorsum to remove the whitish debris accumulated overnight. Avoid using any other tools like the so called tongue cleaner on your tongue.!
