Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Diagnosed with deviated nasal septum along with inferior turbinate hypertrophy. Constant mucus formation 24*7, mucus coming in the throat , heaviness in the head, pain at the temples, nose blockage upon getting up from sleep at morning. Sharp Headache above eyes and associated with neck pain. No doctor is able to arrive at a cause for the headache. No improvement with furamist nasal spray and antihistamines.

I am using ear drops sir for 1 day sir z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z zbzbzbzbz zz a z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z

I have sinusitis problem since 8 years. My present issues are 1. Unable to sleep properly at nights due to nose blockage, many times I get up from sleep at nights due to sudden shortage of oxygen supply intake 2. I also snore heavily while sleeping, my friends always complaint that they can't sleep beside me due to heavy noise made my me while snoring 3. Due to nose nose blockage, I also developed Tinnitus in years and also facing little hearing loss since few weeks which is effecting my personal and professional life,As I have to ask multiple times when I speak to someone Please guide me whether surgery is required for my nose or other medication is sufficient to solve all three problems.

It looks like ulcer in whole mouth from tounge to throat, but never seen this type ulcers , very tiney and red spots, difficult swallow food, is it std or just regular ulcers , its now 4 days that i have problem.

Hi Sometimes when i spit in morning it looks little bloodish. But nothing comes after that one or two spit.

I have been having allergic rhinitis since past 2 years, and was earlier prescribed with mometasone 120 md nasal spray along with aquasol a tablets. Since the past week, I have been having running nose, allergic sneeze, severe pain in my maxillary and ethmoid sinuses, sores in my mouth, and referred ear pain. I also get black outs. No dysphagia or hearing issues.

I ate kiwi now I am feeling mouth ulcers throat pain problem in swallowing and pain and frequent swelling in foot.

My mother is having hoarse voice (as compared to her original voice) for past 2-3 months. For initial 1 month, it went extremely off( gala baithna) very frequently for 25-30 days back to back, like every 2nd day. For last 2 months, it hasn't been that bad, but there is definitely a noticeable difference, which is even more evident at higher notes. She is reluctant to visit a doc, as she thinks it is a minor thing. What should be done? What do you recommend?
