Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi sir/madam my upper lip itchy or sensitivity didn't know correctly at the place i can feel my nerve exactly at that place.. I am a tobbaco user yesterday im putting tobbaco on my mouth this happened not that place.. My doubt is this is a mouth cancer??

I am suffering frim Geographic tongue for the past 1 year. It was diagnosed by an ENT specialist around 11 months back. The lesions come and heal and occur again. Please suggest if there is any treatment I should consider. So far I only had Vitamin B12 as it was low but no relief. I am not using Kenacort etc anymore. I am attaching the pics for reference as well. The second photo is today's condition. 1st one is when the issue started.

Hello I have clicking sound in my both ear. I don't know if this is a habit or there is some problem but this does not feel good. Is this a ear injury or something ?

I visited Wonderla yesterday and during my water rides my ear started clogging. It was okay till night but in morning its again clogged.

I got sore throat since yesterday afternoon. The throat is irritating while swallowing anything. The pharmacist gave  Azax 500 and lomez tablet. Is lomez necessary or any other gas tablet needs to be taken before food? I just wanna confirm

Yesterday I had cold ice tea with lots of ice cubes. I am coughing since then and my throat has gone sore and paining because of coughing so much. I had hot water all day today. Took Benadryl cough syrup still not much has helped. Got lil fever so took one paracetamol. I'm coughing worse now. Plz help
