Loss of smell or may be taste too

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I am suffering from smell loss from past 1 month,I'll relise this when pest controling person came to my office and my coulegue smell too much of chemical and I'll didn't smell anything after that I'll realise that i didn't get any smell from any thing like perfume or any thing like n home too,please guide and refer me any doctor in kharghar navimumbai for the same

Please use Practo to locate a good ENT Surgeon in your vicinity and undergo a CT scan of your nose and paranasal sinuses. Any obstruction due to either a nasal septal deviation or hypertrophied turbinates or pathological lesions like polyps or tumours may block the inhaled molecules from reaching the roof of the nose which houses the olfactory nerves. If these nerves cannot sample the molecules in the inhaled air, you cannot perceive any smell! Your ENT Surgeon will then plan on how to correct the problem according to the information on the scanned images.
